Origin

A quiet beginning on Guildhall Street.

Since 1981, Jaynes Bridalwear has become synonymous with luxury bridal styling and designer wedding dresses in Lincoln. With decades of experience dressing modern brides, the boutique has built a reputation for refined service, beautifully curated collections, and an effortless sense of contemporary elegance.

Following the success of becoming a premium stockist of Pronovias, a new chapter began for Jaynes in Lincolnshire. Today, our boutique resides within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building in the heart of Lincoln — an intimate and thoughtfully designed space created to offer a calm, elevated bridal experience.

At Jaynes, we believe finding your wedding dress should feel personal, inspiring, and unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, our focus is on creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed, welcoming, and quietly luxurious. Our experienced bridal stylists take the time to understand every bride individually, guiding you with honesty, expertise, and genuine care.

Our Lincoln boutique showcases a carefully curated collection of designer wedding dresses from internationally renowned bridal houses, including Pronovias, Martina Liana, Dando London, Mori Lee, and Love by Enzoani, alongside a refined edit of bridal accessories designed to complete your look beautifully.

Every gown within our collection has been chosen with intention — modern silhouettes, timeless craftsmanship, and effortlessly romantic details for brides seeking something truly exceptional.

At Jaynes Bridalwear, we understand that choosing your dress is more than simply finding a gown. It is a moment woven into the story of your wedding day itself — one we are honoured to share with you.

“A bride should leave knowing she was listened to — not sold to.”

What we believe

Three quiet principles.

i

Listen first.
Suggest second

We ask what kind of bride she wishes to be, and what she would never wear. Then we pull three gowns — never thirty.

ii

The cloth matters
more than the trend.

Mikado that holds its shape. Crepe that drapes. Lace stitched by hand. We choose every gown for what it will feel like at six in the evening, after dinner.

iii

Champagne, always.

Bollinger on arrival. A handwritten card after. Small ceremonies are the most luxurious thing we know how to offer.

The VIP Experience

The appointment you'll never forget.

A glass of something sparkling. Your closest people. A stylist who has been pulling silhouettes for brides since before you were engaged.

This is not a fitting. It is the beginning of your wedding day.

  1. A dedicated stylist & two hours of your time
  2. Something sparkling on arrival — for you and up to six guests
  3. A handwritten card from the team afterwards
